About
Inappropriate Workplace Behaviour Reporting Service
This portal enables you to make a report about harassment (including sexual harassment), bullying, discrimination; or victimisation as a result of having made a complaint; or any other inappropriate or unlawful interpersonal behaviours (inappropriate workplace behaviour).
CSV is committed to creating a safe, gender equal and inclusive environment in Courts and VCAT, free from harassment and inappropriate behaviours. Any form of inappropriate workplace behaviour will not be tolerated.
This reporting service is provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Court Services Victoria (CSV) and is one of the options available to CSV employees or workers (including contractors and trainees) and other stakeholders to enable the reporting of inappropriate workplace behaviour.
Stopline is a confidential, independent provider of reporting services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or via the online report form on this website and provide them to the Executive Director, People and Culture at CSV for review, investigation, and follow-up. You are able to make an anonymous, confidential report if you choose, Stopline will discuss this with you.
Reports about inappropriate behaviour from a Judicial officer or VCAT member may be referred onto the Judicial Commission of Victoria for investigation and follow up. Matters of serious criminal behaviour will be reported to the Victoria Police.
It is important to know that this service enables individuals to maintain anonymity and reports of inappropriate workplace behaviour will be treated in a sensitive, fair, timely and confidential manner.
Your wishes as to confidentiality will be respected throughout the process. If you choose to provide your name, a CSV representative will contact you as early as possible after receiving notice of the report and will advise who the information may need to be shared with (with your consent) in order to address your complaint.
There are instances where the report may need to be escalated, particularly in circumstances that may amount to a criminal offence or give rise to a health and safety risk. If your complaint/report does need to be escalated, it will be discussed with you, as early as possible.
