Respect and Integrity Complaints/Report Service
This site is part of the service provided by Stopline Pty Ltd to Court Services Victoria (CSV) to enable the reporting of any issue in relation to sexual harassment.
CSV is committed to creating a safe, harassment free, gender equal and inclusive environment in Courts and VCAT. Sexual Harassment, Victimisation and other unlawful or inappropriate behaviours will not be tolerated. Stopline is one of the avenues available to CSV people, contractors and other stakeholders to address allegations of sexual harassment.
Stopline is a confidential, independent provider of reporting services who will take full details of your concerns via telephone, mail, email or via the online report form on this website. It is also important to know that this service enables individuals to maintain anonymity should they so desire.
Complaints/reports of Sexual Harassment and Victimisation will be treated in a sensitive, fair, timely and confidential manner. Your wishes as to confidentiality will be respected throughout the process with only those who need to know about the issue in order to help resolve it, and prevent further incidents, will know the details.
There are instances where the complaint/report may need to be escalated, particularly in circumstances that may:
- Amount to a criminal offence, or
- Give rise to a health and safety risk.
If your complaint/report does need to be escalated, it will be discussed with you, as early as possible
